Our single-origin Mexican cacao arrives from our premier partner dried and fermented. We then roast the cacao beans in small batches and hand-crafted to ensure the highest quality. All ingredients are added dry to maintain their natural state. The end result? The smooth, amazing richness and flavor of heirloom Mexican cacao.
